By booking a lesson, attending an event, filling out a form, or using services provided by Little Hooves on the Prairie, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Little Hooves on the Prairie provides horseback riding lessons, horse-related activities, and educational equine experiences. Services may vary depending on weather, horse availability, instructor availability, participant skill level, and safety conditions.
Horseback riding and working around horses involve inherent risks. Horses are large animals and may act unpredictably. Risks may include, but are not limited to, falling, being kicked, bitten, stepped on, or injured while riding, handling, grooming, or being near horses.
By participating, you understand and accept these risks.
All participants must follow instructions given by Little Hooves on the Prairie staff or instructors. This may include rules regarding:
Little Hooves on the Prairie reserves the right to stop or cancel a lesson or activity if a participant is acting in an unsafe, disrespectful, or harmful manner.
Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian may be required to complete forms, waivers, or emergency contact information before the minor may participate.
Participants should be physically able to safely take part in riding or horse-related activities. Please notify Little Hooves on the Prairie of any medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, injuries, or concerns that may affect participation.
Little Hooves on the Prairie may refuse or modify participation if there is a safety concern for the rider, horse, instructor, or others.
Lessons and activities are scheduled based on availability. Cancellations, rescheduling, and missed lessons may be subject to Little Hooves on the Prairieβs cancellation policy.
Weather, unsafe ground conditions, illness, emergencies, or horse-related concerns may require lessons to be rescheduled or canceled.
Payment may be required before or at the time of service. Prices, packages, deposits, and payment policies may change at any time. Any unpaid balances must be paid before additional services may be provided.
Refunds may be handled on a case-by-case basis. Missed lessons, late cancellations, or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund depending on the situation and business policy.
Photos or videos may be taken during lessons, events, or activities. Little Hooves on the Prairie may use photos or videos for social media, marketing, or promotional purposes only with appropriate permission, especially when minors are involved.
Participants and parents/guardians may take photos or videos for personal use unless otherwise stated. Please respect the privacy of other riders, families, and staff.
Little Hooves on the Prairie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to lessons, events, or the property.
Little Hooves on the Prairie reserves the right to refuse service, cancel participation, or remove any participant or visitor for unsafe behavior, disrespectful conduct, failure to follow rules, non-payment, or any other reasonable concern.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Little Hooves on the Prairie is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, accidents, or claims resulting from participation in horseback riding, horse handling, or related activities.
Participants and parents/guardians are responsible for understanding the risks involved before participating.
Little Hooves on the Prairie may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted where these terms are made available.
